This website will be the platform in building my wealth.  Hopefully the website will bring in money through ads and donations so I can afford to purchase books and attend seminars.  I also plan to use the website to build my credibility and eventually write a book.   Having a webpage or blogs can bring in a decent passive income.  There are many ways to make money with the internet.  I will walk you through every thing I did if this works.  Maybe I'll write an article on this one day.

REAL ESTATE INVESTING

I am currently investing in a 4-plex in southern California . I plan to take advantage of the down real estate market.  Rates are low, it's the perfect timing to invest.  Remember the golden rule, buy low and sell high! Guess what real estate is at the low!  I know there is a few thinking, what if it drops even more?  Does it matter if you already getting a great deal? Banks are selling houses at a bargain! Eventually the market will turn and if you plan to buy when you're seeing everyone else start buying then you're too late!
